Almond Vocational Link is a professional company formed as a result of our experience with students from all over the world for the past twenty years. During the last three years we have been involved with Leonardo Da Vinci programmes that deal with Mobility which gives undergraduates work experience in their chosen vocation. We organise this work experience in professional companies in Exeter and throughout the South West. Our aim is to provide the best possible work experience for undergraduates within the United Kingdom. To ensure that this is the case we will only place our undergraduates in work placements with professional firms that maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism.

In order to maintain continuity across the experience, we provide accommodation with English families who are known to us personally and are selected for their caring and supportive nature and have the ability to empathise with all situations as well as maintaining high standards of hospitality. Both employers and host families are interviewed by us to ensure that they have an encouraging attitude towards our students, supporting them during their stay.

Our mission statement is to:

• Meet you on your arrival with a welcoming host family who have experience with students of different cultures.
• Arrange your work placement with a professional company of your chosen vocational field, before you arrive.
• Provide excellent English language training delivered by highly qualified teachers in small, mixed ability groups.

Our firm operates from Exeter, the Capital of the South West along the English Riviera, across the South Hams, which is an area of outstanding beauty incorporating the Dartmoor National Park until we reach Plymouth, which is the Regional Capital of Devon and Cornwall.
